Well thats fantastic, Im sure all your infomation has extensive references although you dont seem to have any facts. awh its not like your a researcher so i guess you could say whatever you want...
I personally wouldnt take this until i had some more facts, especially concerning the negitive side effects if any of take up to 7k mg of this chemical.
So do you have any facts about anything? If you dont i understand like i said your not legally obligied to do such....
Lecithin is not a chemical, it is a natural occuring substance in soy, and eggs and few other food products. The nutritional components of lecithin are already in your body.
If I *wanted* you to take this 'suppliment', I would have reccomended that you try it. However, I tend to refrain from suggestions when it comes to the intake of experimental dosages. I am a very experienced herbs, ethnogens, ethnobotanicals and nutritional suppliments. I am also a former advisor for the Nutritonal Suppliment Company, Advocare. I have a good understand of the chemistry of the neural network and the mechanics behind it's innerworking.
I also did present facts in my first post, but I'm not going to do the research 'FOR' you. If you're truly interested, you can find out what you need to know just as easily as I could. Lecithin is a very common supplimental nutritional product. I'm sure you could find everything you ever needed or wanted to know in 8 keystrokes and a few clicks.
