      Anti-lucid mechanism?

Yeah. That's something I was expirecing a lot.

It happens like this: Whenever I do a nose plug RC, I start to feel REALLY dizzy, the dream scene starts to fade out, and I wake up... in a FA

I was getting fooled by this a lot of times. Now I know how it works. Just something to watch out for!

      Hey man,
Do you do nose plug RC's in dreams often? If so then this could be used to your advantage. FA's are way more vivid than dreams, so if you reality check when you wake up it will form a habit. Then you will get lucid in your FA's which, like I've said, are much more vivid. Or did you already know that it's kinda hard to tell ?
