1hour makes indeed a difference, but for the better, not for the worse, so it's in no way related to your lack of lucids.
Have you considered reviewing your routine? Everyone has their pace, but 1 DILD after 5 months would leave me wondering if I my method was working out for me. Lucid dream frequency can be increased with a more "assertive" focus on the technique or habits, and there might be some reasons that yours isn't as good as you'd like.
For example: have you noticed any decline on your attention to your lucid interest? You may still do reality checks and other mechanical actions, but even though the intership may not be stressful, it may be stealing attention that you would reserve to lucid dreams. It's very hard for anyone other than yourself to figure this out, but you can opt to reserve some time not to reality check, but to think about your lucid dreaming intentions and goals. Making goals (like 1 lucid before February) also helps, because they strengthen your prospective memory, increasing your chances of remembering your intent.
Sometimes it's not about the stress but more about a slight change in your mindset. Inspiration works great in these time. Good luck!
