Reality checks finally bleeding in?

Just a quick update/few questions to post today due to it being late and me being lazy The other night I recorded a vivid, non-lucid dream (I seem to get one every night now). In that dream I remember being in the back of a car being driven around a beautiful city with lots of green space such as parks and tree rows. I remember the person driving me around was someone who had bullied me some years ago but doesn't remember it now. I think out of trying not to seem too awkward and to avoid talking to them I started looking at my fingers and hands. With the benefit of hindsight I realise now that they were far too long and my palm was not in the correct ratio to my fingers, typical really Is this a good sign of progress? This is the first time I can actually recall doing a reality check (checking my hands is my preferred one along side checking my watch), is that a sign that my habits in the waking world are finally bleeding into my sub-conscious? Thoughts, feedback and improvements always welcome

It very well could be, so is the vivid dream. Dont forget to put some emotions into your RCs - you have to believe, you are in a dream so your RC will work. Keep it up.

I've got from doing Rcs passively and now do them with the mindset that I am in fact dreaming right that second, seems to work allot better for me; same goes for the watch check as opposed to checking my hands and fingers
