Guys I have a quick question on attaining lucidity while using WBTB, and WILD. Now when I wake up at night (optimal time 4-6 hours of sleep) I usually go to the restroom and then come back in my room and sit on my bed. I only wake up for 5 minutes, because when I tried 10 minutes or more, I couldn't seem to get relaxed enough to successfully WILD. After going back in my bed and lying there a bit. I feel like my mind is so blurry that I can't think straight, and all I can focus on is sleeping. After I've given up through lack of motivation (I couldn't think of a better word, I'm still motivated to do it, but not with how tired I feel) I just fall asleep instantly. It seems like I need to wake my mind up a bit more, but if I do that I might not be relaxed enough. Should I go just keep trying with 5 minutes, or just stay up for longer and hope that I can relax?
