      Reality Checks

      So everyone has their own reality checks, but is there anywhere with a nice comprehensive list of them? I have a few but I'm still trying to find one that is right for me.

      I always A. try to make something happen that could only happen in a dream I.E. Telekinesis or
      B. Pinch my skin. The point of this one is that supposedly if you're in a dream your skin stretches out a lot, but a few days ago I did this one in a false awakening and what happened is I blacked out for half a second. Then I was back in the false awakening and I knew it was a dream, but I couldn't move. I was paralyzed. I tried to look at my hands for clarity but I just woke up. It was very frustrating.
