Like dutchraptor said, experimenting with sleeping schedule is way to go if you feel like something is wrong with current one, especially for the techniques like WBTB.

Also if you are not used to sleeping like that, it might take some time to get used to, but it will work even better once you find good timing.

I have no experience with SSILD though, so i'd suggest to wait for more input on that. here's tutorial though:
