Reality Check didnt work?

so this night i had a dream where i am in class and i saw some one that i would never see hem in real life(she was younger then shes now to...) so i told my self no way this is a dream! reality check now!(yes in this words in my dream)then i looked on my hands and they looked fine (maybe a bit misty) so i deed the thing with the nose when i try to breath... and the thing i is i dont remember if it even worked i think it just changed scene its my just second lucid dream the first one i just started questioning and then just woke up had false awakening this night to is id be glad if someone would give me a guide or a link for a guide in this forum or some kind of help because i just were starting to lose hope lol what is your reality checks i thing my dont work heh i pinch my self look at my hands and the nose thing thats all
