Best method for lding while napping?

Hey, I was wondering which method you all prefer to use for lding during a nap. I'm looking for a successful way to spark lucidity when I just want to rest for a bit.

It depends. You wanna work for it, or just fall asleep and what will be will be?

If 1. - WILD - if it doesn't work, you still have a chance to DILD
      If 2. - DILD

and if you wake up from a dream, go for a DEILD.

Naps are golden time for lucid dreaming, most of my lucid dreams are from naps.
I usually attempt WILD during my naps, but even when i don't get successful with that i often get DILDs, it's a nice combination and both methods definitely add up to each other.

Lol I'm the opposite to you Checker, I Lucid all the time but have never had a single Lucid from a nap!
I don't really nap to often but have tried quite a few times and just get Vivid Dreams, never Lucidity.

If you only have the skills to do so you can experience anything you can imagine as real.
