Congrats on vivid dreams! 
It's hard to say which method/technique will fit you best, cause so many things vary from person to person, so give them a try and experiment. 
Keep doing dream journal and reality checks, it can take time to get them to work in dreams, but it will work eventually so don't give up! Like mahoogie said, you can also add ADA, many people have success with it, also you can try MILD technique http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...id-dreams.html 
And yeah, for WBTB you don't really need an alarm, you can use mantra like "I wake up after every dream" when falling asleep and try to get right timing, then eventually you'll get used to wake up at that time for WBTB.
