Question How can i Find my dream pattern?

Guys, i checked out a video on youtube a guy saying
"finding your dream patterns could help you to have LDs easier."
I do not know if it is true but makes sense for me.
but how could i find it? My dreams are very random and no-sense at all.

Are you talking about REM timing for WBTB?
If so, try using mantra like "I wake up after each dream" or similar when falling asleep, right timing indeed helps with WBTB since going straight into REM helps awareness and also effective for WILD.

No, it's not that. i mean.
the guy said if i could find my dream pattern (something that repeats in my dreams everytime)
being lucid would be easier, my question is: How do i find the "thing" that is always repeating on my dreams?

Oh, I think you mean Dream Signs. A Dream Sign, is basically, a signal that indicates that you are dreaming. For example, if you see a flying elephant, you'll know that you're dreaming. To discover what your dream signs are just read your old DJ entries and try to find things or themes that have happened more than once. For me it's when my teeth either break or fall.

When he said "Dream patterns" i though something like the environment of my dream.
Like frequent places on my dreams not the persons. Well most of my signs are persons i don't think
that would help a lot. but thanks for clarifying

They can be places. Dream signs can be anything: persons, places, objects, etc. But if there is a specific person that usually appears in your dreams, just do a reality check eveytime you see her. Eventually, you'll do one in a dream and become lucid

Especially if they are persons you don't often see in waking life, more power to you. Make sure to RC as mindfully as possible everytime you see them, and of course the more of those practical ones (more occurrences in dreams, less in waking life) the better of you are. But you don't have to rely solely or majorly in dream signs I think, no big deal. RC's if properly done and implemented will appear with or without the signs which are mostly only a boost.
