Welcome

I'm glad you stopped by. Hmmm... first steps first, lets work on the dream recall thing.

Do you wake up often during the night? If so, take a little time each time you wake up and try to remember what you were dreaming about. Really put an effort into it. You probably won't remember anything if you wait until morning to try. Also, I encourage you to keep a dream journal next to your bed. Write down everything you remember.
You will find that in time you will remember more and more.

Now, if you do not wake up, you might consider setting an alarm for different times during the night (but not until you have slept for 3-4 hours first)
When the alarm wakes you, try to remember.

I am sure you will succeed! Everyone does after a while.

Also, while you are trying to improve recall, try to find a copy of the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge.

Paperdoll calls it the "Bible of Lucid Dreaming".

Welcome again!!!!
