Hey Merro, are you good at visualizing/daydreaming? You can try thinking of scenes in your head, BUT include a part where you get lucid. Try to simulate the emotions of excitement, etc. as if you are actually getting lucid. Reality checks during the day also help with this. When you reality check, go deeper and question yourself questioning yourself, if that makes sense. When you do a reality check, do it again and go 'what if i'm actually dreaming and that previous RC just fooled me?'. That way you sort of get better at *really* doubting and taking things in. That personally helped me a lot since in many of my old dreams, I used to always have that feeling that i'm dreaming but never really go past that stage. Oh and what mantras do you do? |
