      New guy here :)

I recently started lucid dreaming. I tried some advice from someone who just said to lay down on your back and stay still for 20-30 minutes. It made me not able to move my body as easy but I always end up opening my eyes because they are rascals. I made a journal of what I know and if you guys could give me some advice on which tutorial to take first would be nice. Thank you

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Yes, laying down is a basic idea behind WILDing. But there is so much more to it.

Usually DILD is recommended to start with. Not only because it's easier to start, but you will learn a lot of things you will later use for WILDing. Of course, it's up to you.

Here are some Dreamviews recommended tutorials Induction Methods and Techniques

And you can also join Dreamviews academy DV Academy or just post your questions in the forums. Happy dreams
