Sleep paralysis is ONLY if you can't move no matter what. Any sensations are just signs of falling asleep. |

So yesterday, I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time (it actually wasn't as horrible as i expected it to be. there was just a small puppy on my foot and the feeling of being picked up by my legs and moved to the side). But as soon as the sp ended i couldn't go into a dream. I felt wide awake. Any tips into entering a lucid dream after going through sleep paralysis? |

I think his question is: Why the hell am I unable to lucid dream after SP? |

I recommend not moving at all till you start feeling that you are entering an image. |
