If you don't feel sleep paralysis, I would suggest working on relaxing your body while you try to WILD, just focus on each muscle group individually, and feel them become more relaxed. Try to imagine a ball of energy in your mind, and whatever the globe of energy touches, it absorbs all energy from it, and makes it relaxed. And try to imagine it as vividly as possible.

Then try and keep your mind active...
