Concerning the last post. . .

First of all, WILDing is very difficult, more or less the most difficult way to lucid dream, if you are not yet having regular dream initiated lucid dreams, I would not suggest trying WILD, but if you still feel inclined, have you tried practicing meditation during the day? Like just sitting with soft music playing, and close you eyes, and relax, and clear your mind for an hour or so? But like I said, it depends on when you try to WILD as well. Are you trying during the day? Before you go to bed? or after you wake up?
