This is my LD method.....the abbreviated version.

1. I set my alarm to wake up in the wee hours of the morning. Usually between 2 and 4am.

2. I get up and piddle around and make sure I'm in full Beta for atleast an hour.

3. I return to bed and set a Timer. It's a series of tones/beeps that are spaced at 4 to 10 minute intervals. The timer keeps me from falling back asleep and is a reality check.

* I set the timer on repeat, so that it beeps every few minutes for about 2 hours.

4. When I begin to dream (which is usually about an hour or more after I go back to sleep), I hear the "beep" and this reminds me that I am dreaming - and I become lucid.

Many times, the timer brings on OBE instead of LD, but either way, I usually have some type of experience.
