Very difficult to tell. I suspect you were somewhere between hypnagogic hallucinations and a day dream, and didn't quite fall asleep. |

Ok so recently as I was going to bed, my body was very relaxed, and I wandered into my own mind. I found myself in what I thought was a dream. It was very vivid, but it didn't seem like I was there. It felt like I was creating it in my head, like a visualization? |

That's happened to me before too. It is really confusing after it happens but I think it's just a vivid daydream. |

It's the hypnagogic state. It's normal. Happens to me all the time. Have fun with it. |

Honestly. It may or may not be a dream, but it doesn't matter much, since it isn't real. It is all happening in your head. It is one of the states between awake and asleep. |

I'd say it's up to you to decide, could be either vivid HH or dream forming, really depends on what you feel, for me personally recalling a dream when waking feels entirely different from HH. |
