In addition to that it is my understanding that people with aspergers are often really bothered by changes in routine. Son of friends of ours has aspergers and school breaks are always a struggle because the routine is broken. Well, this ability to be aware of and make a big deal of changes in routine may be useful for becoming lucid as well, since dreams may well break routine (and most of us just dismiss those breaks as no big deal, even when we should realize that they are).

Another aspect of aspergers is that it often includes an interest in a topic and becoming especially good in that interest. If lucid dreaming were your topic of choice, yes you could probably become especially good at it.
