      What did just happen ?

First I want to say that I've allready had some pretty weird experiences and was thinking about posting them, but I didn't.
So, yasterday I read about technique called Adam's WILD Technique (I would give link here, but webiste won't let me)
and decided to give it a try (I'm trying to lucid dream for a while now but still nothing). I woke up in middle of night, tried it for a minut but I was too lazy so I went back to sleep. I woke up in about 8am in the morning and I just lay in bad for about 10-15 mins (relaxed and comfortably). Than I lay on my belly and something weird started happening.

It was like im floating on waves, at first it was pretty weak, but very fast started to be pretty intense. That floating started being so fast that itjust turned into vibration, my whole body was vibrating. Than it felt like somebody turned my body for 180 degrees on right.
My Body is still vibrating but one spot on my back was vibrating stronger. It felt like something is moving on my back. I can't explain it very well, that "spot of stronger vibration" moved trough my whole body (head, arms, legs...) and than it stopped. I was still vibrating but just vibrating. Whole time I was kind of hopping that I will end up in lucid dream, but i didn't.

So, can someone please tell me WTF happened to me ?

P.S. English isn't my first language so sorry if post isn't that grammaticly correct.

Ok I have been writing this advice OVER and OVER because all new people somehow manages to do the exact same misstake. ^^

So for now I will just go straight to the point.

The strange sensations your were experiencing are often referred to as hypnagogic imagery, which is a state between the awake and the dreaming state.
In this state your awareness is in both the waking world and the dreamworld. The misstake people do when they experience these things and try to transition into the dream is that they WAIT for it to happen automatically. And that is sort of like standing infront of a door trying to get out by just looking at the doorknob...

The whole idea of WILDing is to take control! And if you wait for something to happen you are not in control, in fact you are relaying on something external.
And if we take the door example again, how do you go from the inside of a house to the outside? You mov your physical body!

Although to go from the waking world to the dreamworld you just have to move your awareness!

So how do you do that? Well your awareness is where you choose it to be.

So next time you feel these strange sensations. Instead of laying there waiting for something to happen. Start to consider it as a dream already, because it is!
It's just not fully stable yet, what I usually do is that I imagine something like for example I imagine that I am holding my Iphone in my hand. And when I can feel it I know that my awareness is now fully in the dreamworld so I just get out of my bed and I realize that I am in a dreamversion of my bed.

I hope this makes sense, but my point is that whenever you feel a strange sensation, consider it as a dream already and do everything in your power to fully move your awareness into it.

      Sweet dreams!

      Ok thank you,

but it happened when I changed sides, I didn't just lay steady for 10 minuts, I was changing sides for about every 2-3 minuts, and it started happening in right that moment when I changed sides and lay on belly.
I read about wild, and SP really a lot, and that wasn't SP, I was able to move normaly, my hands and legs wasn't heavy or something.

Sorry if that is normal or allready is on forum, I thought that my body needs to "fall asleep" before I can wild and sorry I'm wrong

But as I said thank you very much for quick reply
