Badly wanting to LD, but did I already..?

When I was younger, I would say maybe 10 years ago earlier or later..anyways, I had a nightmare and I woke up panicking like crazy. I was so scared. I went to get up to get help, i couldnt move my arms more than maybe half an inch in any direction. It felt like I was paralyzed. This scared me even more. I tried screaming at the top of my lungs but nothing could come out. It was like someone sewn my lips together and I couldnt get any sound out but a "hmm". I began freaking out even more thinking I was dying. I finally got up and I ran for the light switch. I used my shoulder to hit the switch as I couldnt move my arms. Didnt work. I ran to the stairs and hit that light, barely lit up. I run up the stairs and go to bang on the door to my sisters room (at the time) but I couldnt move my arms. I couldnt scream. I started crying and crying and just fell. I eventually got up after struggling because I cant move my arms and headed back to the couch I fell asleep on. I just told myself go to bed and I will wake up in the morning and tell my mom or dad. Then When i closed my eyes I woke up to reality. But was it reality before? Was it a lucid dream? I dont know and But I can vividly remember every little action, thought, motion, etc of that night. I remember the color of the gray darkness. Did I lucid dream before as a kid? If so, wow...I would be so happy. If It was, does this mean I am more prone to lucid dreaming when I nap? Such as, If I believe I will and lay on my back arms at side and just see through my mind?

Lucid dreaming is just being aware that you are sleeping and are in a dream. If you were aware you were in a dream, then yes. You were lucid dreaming. If not, then no. You weren't.

Due to the amount of fear built up during your dream, you awoke into sleep paralysis.

No. Sounds like a dream (nightmare if you will) about paralysis.

Lucid dreaming is knowing that you are asleep while you are dreaming (as stated before). Not being able to move will bring anyone to fear, and when in a sleeping state or half and half state, emotions don't have a reasonable limit like they do in reality. One bad thought can lead to a nightmare, hence why pessimists have more nightmares than optimists.

Well, really close to a lucid dream! Only fact it may not been count as a lucid dream, is that you had no knowledge of lucid dreaming and you surely were confused and upset/scared. You maybe weren't aware that it was a dream when you were in that dream. But you sure were aware that something were wrong and really scary, and you might were able to control the dream somehow?

As what I read and understanded, you probably had a false awaking. Simply when you're dreaming that you're awake, infact you're still sleeping.
Doing reality check in the morning when waking up is one way to prevent false awakings in mornings, and instead turn them into lucid dreaming. However, I've never done that so far, so no idea how great it works.

Well then, based on your opinion, it seems that I've had plenty of these FAs back then. I've always thought that it was SP due to amount of times that I've experienced this as well as the fact that I was unaware of what SP and HH were, and so that's why I've thought it was always just SP without HH. Though, I wasn't nearly as scared as OP, so if it were SP, HH would have been most likely induced.
