      Unintentional WBTB?

      So, i went to sleep last night normally. and i woke up several hours later to go to the bathroom. I went back to sleep (might have thought about LD's) and next thing i know is that in the middle of a dream i happen to realize it's a dream with no RC's. I want to make this happen again, can someone explain what i exactly did? DILD or WBTB?

      Yeah, it seems like you had a sort of accidental WILD. I think it was just because you had gotten up and were possibly thinking about LDs.

      The way i meant it to be was "in the middle of a dream" but doesn't matter.
      I'll repeat this several times and see what would happen.

      Oh, I didn't notice you said you were in the middle of one. Still, lucidity can sometimes just "turn on" like that for no apparent reason.
