If you questioned it, then you were right there. Next time try some trick to stay asleep. They can work even shortly after you wake up, but you have to stay completely relaxed and try to ignore your physical body; concentrate on your dream body and rub your (dream) hands together, or spin in a circle, or shout "KEEP DREAMING!" Keep trying, and you'll find one that works for you. Congrats on posing the question, though. That's a big step! |
