im new here need help with wild

hello i have a few questions about the transition into a lucid dream by useing wild. whenever i attempt the transition i get into sp very easy within 5 to 10 min then i get the viabrations and a heavyier sp after about 20 to 30 min...after this point i start getting the visions today was the first time i tryed wild and the first time i got a vision...i got really excited and managed to calm myself down enough to get another but after that i kinda gave up... so my questions are... can i talk to myself in my head during these steps to become lucid or is that a bad idea? where do i go from the sp because i feel like im laying thier forever and nothing else is gonna happen? since im consciousness during the transition will i remember the lucid dream if i have one? thanks allot for your responses

I think you may have things a little backwards here. Transition in almost all cases happens before sleep paralysis. That heavy feeling you are experiencing is most likely just your being in a very relaxed state.

You can talk to yourself all you want during transition, in fact sometimes it helps to do so, just do not concentrate too much. One method I've found that is helpful is to repeat to myself.

      1....I'm dreaming
      2...Stay calm
      3... I'm dreaming
      4...keep relaxed

      Kind of coach yourself in.

If you have a lucid dream by WILD, you will remember it, trust me
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      Hey! Welcome to the forum!
Another thing that could seriously help you at this point is keeping a DJ, so that when you wake up from a WILD, you can write it down b4 you forget it!
