Wrote " are you dreaming" on my wrist for rc

Since coming back ive been rather Obsessive about my reality checks. I have written on my left wrist "are You dreaming" and evertime i see It i do a rather in depth reality check Seeing as alot of my dreams tend to Be rather normal as of recent. This often done reality check is working I have had several dreams where it has Transferred into but once i decide it Is a dream poof I wake up or the dream Changes. Im getting close again. Just felt like sharing. Thought this was The best place to do so.

I love using techniques like that One that I find works best for me is using a sleeping mask. The reality check is being able to see. If I find myself in a dream with vision, then I know im dreaming because I should have a sleeping mask on. The simplest reality checks always work best!
