      Restless during WILD

      I've still been practicing my WILD nearly every night, and I've come to a point i'm confused at.

      Let me start by saying it isn't easy for me to sleep, and if I ever want to have a good nights sleep I find that going through the WILD procedure( Relax, No movement.) helps me sleep. Of course, when i'm trying to go to sleep I also relax my mind instead of keeping it active.

      Back to the topic at hand. I'm getting to a point in wilds where I get really restless, I can't feel anything , I can't think clearly, and i am pretty sure I have little dreams. I have never felt any vibrations or anything, I just feel...gone. It is really hard to put in words, I feel as if I don't exist. Every time I go through these feeling I remember that i'm trying to WILD but I just decide to give up cause I have no idea what to do and I feel really tired.

      Can someone tell me what this is?

      its good to try wild at night so u can practice relaxation and meditate on dream signs or whatever. but seriously sometimes wild just wont work. you way have more luck during a WBTB. try that more often.

      im not sure if its cuz im on REM backlash (from quitting weed againr ecently). but if i close my eyes for more than a few seconds and just relax, i can feel a wild coming on. just last week it was non existant!

      so just try it all the time, including WBTB, and just know that sometimes it just wont work and sometimes it will.
