      Trouble sleeping after WBTB

So, I slept at midnight, and woke up by alarm at 5am. I read LD material online for 35 minutes, and after that...I couldn't get back to sleep!

So, do you have any tips/suggestions for doing WBTB succesfully? Am I sleeping at first too much or too little, or staying awake too long...?

try waking up after 3 hours then. or take that as a chance to try a WILD without falling unconscious!

I'd say either shorten the time spans for asleep and awake, or go ahead and try WILD. Whatever you do, just keep trying!
