Gotta Start to work on this reflex...

I'm trying to work on the FILD technique, but whenever I wake up, I have this thing where I immediately stretch out, so I end up being too awake to transition right into a dream lol. Anybody else had this issue before? I'm going to start some autosuggestion or something.

Don't worry about your movements upon awakening, just focus on your state of mind.

But yes try the autosuggestions anyway, but remember that even if you move it's not that big of a deal.

Sounds good. It's just that I work in the morning..it takes longer to fall back asleep if I've moved lol.
