Major problem while attempting to WILD need help!

Hello Everyone! Over this past week I have tried my hand a WILDs for the first time with some troubling results. Every single time I try to WILD everything goes fine until I reach Hypnagogic Imagery then my eyes keep opening and I don't mean I get so scared/excited that I open my eyes, No they literally pry themselves open against my will I have to focus all my attention on forcing them closed which causes the hallucinations to dissipate and leave me fully awake. Any help or advice on this issue would be appreciated.

      Hi,

I have one question. When are you trying to WILD?
After going to sleep or with WBTB (WBTB - Aka after like 5 - 8 hours of sleep)

It might be just that your eyes are not relaxed enough (along with body probably)
You can try relaxing your eyelids by doing something like Reverse Blinking, using some relaxation techniques for your whole body or just try to move attention away from body
      I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
