      lucid only by recalling?

      hello everyone!

since i am very unconsistent in doing a technique attaining lucidity, i was wondering if it's possible to have LD's on regular base, working up to have a LD every night, by only recalling your dreams as perfect as possible?

That seems like it would be difficult to LD using only good recall. Of course maybe increasing your recall to higher levels would give you more insight during the dreams too. The only thing I've really used recall for is to identify dream signs. Such as lately I've been having a lot of dreams where I'm trying to read or write something and I continually mess up what I'm writing (which is actually the dream changing what I write). I noticed this happening often and told myself to realize I was dreaming next time it happened. It's worked a few times. Besides that idk how much recall would help you get lucid.

I think so. If you do it as perfect as possible you will perform many wbtb's per night and thats enough really.

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

Yea I believe its possible, but will only bring results to a point. Im sure it might not be the best, consistent, Lucid Dreaming inducing "technique", but I do feel it has potential. When I keep at my recall for a while, I find that after every dream of the night, I wake up and ponder over that dream for a few minutes. While I do this I am still half asleep and am on the verge of just falling asleep. While doing this, I am certain that these brief awakenings open up the door to WBTB's and DEILDS and such. There could be alot more potential to this "technique" than just that, but this is what I have taken out of it so far.

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
