      Breathing problem while trying WILD

Hi guys So, I have a little issue. Whenever I try WILD everything goes well, I get relaxed, I surpress my thoughts easly but I have a problem: When I breath my chest is moving very much so technicly I cannot say that I'm not moving, and I don't know why but when I try WILD I start heavy breathing. Because my chest is moving upwards and downwards while I inhale and exhale I can't get into SP. Do you have any advice?

      Hi,

When our body falls asleep our breathing pattern tends to change
This kind of change tends to happen without our involvement itself at night.

Though from experience i can say that it barely happend to me.
Maybe two or three times from all of my wild attempts it happend?
Just hope that you won't meet same stuff at next attempt
And if it happens then just ignore it and go on with wild

Also don't aim for sleep paralysis.
You want to enter a dream consciously, not the sleep paralysis?

And the S.P. you talk about is actually called Rem Atonia which we meet during WILDs. It is mistaken often for medical condition which is sleep paralysis
The sensations which people describe to happen during WILDs don't need to happen and don't happen always.
Sometimes during my WILD Attempts i just lied still till i popped up into a dream out of reason
Waiting for sleep paralysis, getting excited for it or excepting some sensations might make you unable to fall asleep.
Just do choosen your wild technique and don't care much about them or wait for them.

I'd suggest you readnig up those threads:
