      ssild and deild combo

Ssild seems to somehow make you aware enought in Your dreams to realize that you should be in ved. It also Lets you remember not to move when you wake up, so you can chain dreams. This literally brought me from 0 to 60 in just a week. What do you guys think.?

Sorry If there is already a post on this, But more people must know.

Yes if you are lucid enough you can remember not to move when you wake up, however you need to notice and anticipate when you are waking up. Really this is true of any lucid dream from any technique.
It sounds like a pretty easy and reliable way to get a lot of lucids.

This is actually a technique that I perfected myself.

I have called it L-DEILD which stands for Lucid-Dream Exit Induced Lucid dream and has a 100% success ratio.

Pretty much, while you are lucid and you know that your dream is fading or you lose quality fast, from the very lucid you can start visualizing yourself staying still in bed and visualizing your next dream. You will wake up still focused on staying still and quickly you will enter a new dream, fully lucid. You can even provoke awakening while using this technique on the purpose to start a brand new lucid dream.
