if i get lucid from a DILD, i wake up right away. although its been like a month since my last DILD. latey ive been getting really good at getting into the trance state and getting sets of vibes. right now im practicing to exit or ld that way. seems like the most direct approach. it seems practice is the only thing that works.

Went with option 3. It's been hard staying in a hostel to create a routine and stick with it (8 people staying in the same room). Currently going through different methods every night until I get settled in.

my sleep schedule is too messed up. I'm good at dreaming, when I have the time to sleep in the first place...

I'm going to pick "none of the above." In my opinion my physical health is being a major block to my regaining the knack for lucid dreaming. I have had sleep apnea most of my life starting in childhood, but now that I am also clinically obese the apnea is even worse.

I chose WILD works for me but not very often. I've had a few with this method, but mostly I can't remember how I did it. I've been trying to WILD when I go to bed, with one possible success. But, I'm hopeful.

      How about another option...stress
I had exams and lost all of my dream recall and I haven't had a lucid dream for almost a month now. Exams finished 3 days ago and since then my recall improved. Haven't been lucid yet but dreams are a little wierd so I expect to be lucid soon.

I didn't participate in the poll because I've been trying to WILD and stuck with it for a long time, just that I can never actually make it to wilding...

At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if trying too hard counts.

I have two LDs every month, (well so far at least) without even trying, I guess I could have more if I tried. But I wanna know if 2 a month is a lot or few or what?

I used to get a decent amount of lucid dreams, but I've since started working 2nd and 3rd shift at work and going to college 1st shift. So my sleeping schedule is non-existant.
