Does anyone get lucid dreams accidently from pressing snooze?

I thought I might share this, in case anyone is having trouble attaining lucidity!

I seem to be a natural lucid dreamer because of my tendency to want to sleep in. Then I realized, maybe it's the pressing snooze and knowing I have to wake up that triggers the lucid dreams I get!

Does anyone else find this to be the case with them? What will happen to me is I'll have my usual dreams, then wake up because of my alarm and press snooze and feel like I shouldn't go back to bed, but want to sleep so badly, then trigger a lucid because I know I should wake up. I'll have a FA in which I'm trying to wake up and then realize I'm dreaming.

Yes this happens to me quite frequently FA's are some of my favorite LDs to catch. I find that right after hitting the snooze button it is the perfect time for a DEILD or WILD as well!

      A snooze button?

      Oh for that luxury!
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

Some people have noticed the same, and i think it could be used to achieve regular lucidity. It is however quite annoying at times.
I have some links on my signature
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
