Day 7:

Did the same thing as all the other days but no LD this night. Only had some really long and vivid dreams (had 10 hours of sleep)

I'd say get up and move around for about 5 minutes to awaken your critical faculty before heading back to sleep.

Day 3:

I remembered a dream but unfortunately, I fell back asleep rather quickly. I'll have to work on this.

This is harder than I thought. It's been so long.

It's all about consistency man. Just keep it up! Never get disheartened.

Day 7

Had some work to complete, so i stayed up for about 30 hours, but when I finally did get to sleep I had vivid dream last night, and at one point, I found a card in the dream that had a crown on it and had 'Oneironaut' written across it. So I barely missed my chance to become lucid. I'm not too disappointed though, at least it's something! I'm going to make more of an effort to record my regular dreams for now on, and I've been steadily doing RC's everyday. Gonna try as hard as I can to get lucid tonight!
