I suggest MILD. If you can remember to stay still to DEILD, chances are you can remember your intention to lucid dream while you're dreaming. |

I've been practicing DEILD for a couple of days and have had some increasing results. Hopefully I get a LD soon, but if it fails then I want to have a plan B. So basically an overview is that after a wbtb I always go into a light sleep where I'm more aware and the dreams are visible. I've tried SSILD with this, but wasn't pleased with the results. So my question is which technique other than ssild should I use if DEILD fails? |

I agree with dolphin. I've had most of my success thanks to the MILD technique. |
