Very true. I was researching Melatonin before I took it and it's an important element in regulating a woman's cycle. It may help some women who are having issues, but it could cause problems for others! I kinda feel like a safety announcement saying this, but it might be best to speak with your doctor if you are concerned or notice irregularities.

I think that's a great idea, however, that sounds like it's bordering more on MILD which works best with a short, simple phrase. Maybe doing a short meditation on these ideas during your WBTB time and then doing a MILD mantra as you fall asleep would be a more effective combination. Maybe this is something to play around with in the future?

I saw a YouTube video on a cool LD technique (as in something you can play around with in the dream, not on how to have one) and tried it last night but I woke up before I could really test it out. It seemed like it might have worked otherwise!
