Anybody know much about

Out of body experiences....i want to try and came close today....i really wanted to nap b4 work but made the mistake of drinking lukozade b4 sleeping *sugar type energy drink* due to this i was aware when drifting off.i entered sleep paraylisis and once paralysed i tried moving my arms without phsyically movibg them but couldnt...maybe i needed my eyes open in order to see my astral body leaving my normal body or maybe i tried it too quick and needed to be deeper b4 trying? Thanks

i dont know much about it but i did try it one time and i was so close. i was right in the middle of separating then my eyes jut popped open. i have a problem of keeping my eyes closed when im asleep and it just ruined it.

Sounds like you need to do more research into the phenomenon. I'd recommend starting with Robert Bruce's book Astral Dynamics. You can find the pdf for free online.
