I didn't stress about it, just expected to become lucid and guess what, it happened.
You make me realise I probably haven't tried it in that form. I think about LDing a lot - I wonder if I think about it TOO much or too little for my approach to be considered a non-technique technique?
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

Frankly I don't know how much it's ideal to think about LDing, of course there is such a thing as trying too hard, and that can easily and does become a barrier for people. I was talking more about summoning that confidence in yourself that you can and will have a lucid dream if you decide to do so. Which is actually easier said than done, a lot of people find it very difficult to expect or know something will happen simply because they want it to. But at the same time, it's your mind so why not make it serve you, as it's its purpose anyway? The mind is very powerful and far from fully understood scientifically.. I don't know, I'm rambling, gotta go to bed lol, good night peeps, good luck with your lucids.
