Question Not being in my dream and other questions

      Hello,
I have recently begun my lucid dreaming journey, again... And I noticed that I have many dreams where I am not within them, but I am just an observer. Unacknowledged and unnoticed. Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips for becoming lucid in a dream like this?

Also, I have noticed that I have only ever become lucid in highly stressful situations. A few nights ago, a group of goblins was trying to murder me when I realized I was dreaming, but I wasn't lucid enough to stop them from coming. I always wake up in these situations because the dream simply collapses around me. Any tips? It'll probably just become easier to control with practice, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these problems.

never forget to calm down when you realize you're dreaming. Even if you are getting awake it's still not too late, you can even wake up a bit for a second and still return to the dream. Just calm down and feel the dream reality around you. This is the world you want to live in right now! The real one for this moment!
And observer...hm I heard some people have dreams like that but I guess this never happened to me. Well I had dreams where I was not directly involved just standing and watching but still present in there with the dream body etc, just not active.
If you feel like it, please take a look at my YouTube channel:

If you don't, hm well have a nice day anyway ^_^

I recognize the observer thing! Just last night I had a dream in which I was 'following' certain characters from the third person point of view, almost like a video game. Also I could hear conversations from very far away, and I was not present myself. It is quite strange and I wonder what it would be like to become lucid in such a dream since you have no body initially

I've had that kind of dream occasionally, too, and I'm sort of curious myself since I don't recall ever becoming lucid in such a situation. I'm guessing I could suddenly “show up” with a body, or perhaps the dream would come up with a rationalization, such as me suddenly watching it on TV, or through a window, or perhaps there would be a complete scene change. Or maybe I could remain bodyless, which would be interesting indeed.
