I think we are not supposed to lucid dream. The body and the brain have quite a few "firewalls" to prevent us from doing so, and you need either luck or quite some knowledge and determination to make it work and overcome these mechanisms. |

This happened to me for a time because whenever I did reality checks, I wouldn't really do them. They started becoming mundane and robotic . You have to really get into those reality checks and really ask yourself with a genuine interest, "Am I dreaming?". If you have that genuine interest to do so it will stop distractions and you will overcome this obstacle. |

Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
