Thumbs up Best Induction Method Guides?

Now that it's nearing the holidays here I need to re-practice what I've lost, so can someone recommend
me the best guides that you've seen on this forum? eg; Forum Tutorials/Guides on how to do WTBT,WILD,MILD, Reality Checks.

I'm not asking to be told go look for it yourself but be recommended the best tutorials that have helped
you personally achieve lucidity or better lucid dreams.

      Many thanks - Gr8God

I personally do not like following any kind of tutorials or guides because I believe lucid dreaming is a special kind of skill that has a lot to do with your own unique mindset, lifestyle and attitude.

Having said that, the most intuitive guide by far on Dreamviews is Puffin's DILD guide (Puffin's DILD Guide - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views) and I can also PM you a PDF version of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" upon request.

Hands down, the best resources for me were the Lucid Living with Sensei audios. I recommend listening to them at a similar rate as they were released. Try to avoid overloading yourself with information all at once. You won't absorb all of it anyways and it could cause you to burn out. Slow and steady.
