Dream recall

So,i have decent recall 2-3 in 10 dreams.so,lately every time i recall i have lucid dream. so that mean i have lucid dream every night.i dont use any methods,its dild.i just realize that im dreaming.im afraid of looking into my hands would end my ld.and if i was waking up and i found myself in bed,i would stay still and close my eyes and in few seconds i was in a dream.it was like videogame. so my question is how do i make my dream recall better(more consistent)? and how to make myself wake up after dream(except alarm,cuz i need 10 nights experimenting to find exact time).
