Question A burning question I have

So I noticed a lot of you guys know a lot about Lucidity (obviously)

But I had some burning questions so I'm going to ask them and I hope someone answers]

First question is, how often are lucid dreams when you practice lucid dreaming first? because I just started my practice this week. But I also have autism with a Savant ability that has a lot to do with dreams.

I also want to know, are the Methods that everyone is suggesting effective? I hope to get into lucid dreaming more often.

Finally, how close to real life consciousness does a lucid dream after a fair amount of practicing differ from no practicing? does it differ?

Thanks to anyone who answers some of my questions.

as other people seem to have an end thing to their threads I might as well

Lucid dreaming can be very uncommon when first starting. It's dependent on the dreamer when they're first practicing it, for some their first one may come in a week, others may have their first in a month or even months. The frequency is also dependent on the person. Hopefully you'll be able to achieve some every week relatively easy!

I also want to know, are the Methods that everyone is suggesting effective? I hope to get into lucid dreaming more often.
This is also completely subjective. You're better off trying them out on your own than reading some other person's experience and judging its effectiveness solely on that. Make sure you always give each method at least a couple of weeks.

Finally, how close to real life consciousness does a lucid dream after a fair amount of practicing differ from no practicing? does it differ?
Lucid dreaming, whether you practice it or not, doesn't necessarily have to change your view on the vividness of dreams. I've had a couple of lucid dreams which felt exactly like a regular dream. Sure, you can increase the "how close it is to reality" meter up in a lucid dream, but not every lucid dream will be crystal clear.

Hope I answered your questions .

Now before I start answering I'd like to say Welcome to DV and also these questions mainly depend on how motivated you are.

Depends, could range from once a week to once a day but there are things called dry spells which basically means no matter how motivated you are or how much you try you just hit a brick wall where you can't have a lucid dream. A dry spell could last anywhere from a few days to a few months.

Everyone is unique so while a WILD could work for some people effortlessly, it could be really hard for you so the best thing to do is try one at a time and see which one rewards the most for least effort.

This also depends on how well you stabilize the dream, I've had lucid dreams that I know for sure I was conscious while others I felt kinda and that was due to me not taking the right steps to stabilizing the dream.
