I've read several SSILD, MILD and WILD guides and they all mention WBTB, but they all use it differently. This would be easy to understand if the difference in time awake while WBTB-ing was limited to the differen techniques, but it isnt. |

Everyone is different try it and see what works for you. |

The longer you stay up the more effective it will be, however it can be difficult to go to sleep easily if you are awake too much time. So you have to find a balance, most people stay from 20 minutes to an hour. |

I stay up for like 5 minutes 4 times a night and 20 minutes once a night. It works well for me. Experiment with what it feels like when you wake up and go to sleep and what you feel like when you sleep and have vivid dreams. Timing is not something to chase, timing leads you to the feeling. The feeling will get you lucid. |
