Every reality check has failed me

It seems like a common theme amongst my lucid dreams that I'll
have all the main reality checks fail on me causing me to think "nope I'm awake".

      So far I've tried spinning,finger through hand,nose block,counting
fingers and walking through a door. Sometimes they'll work and
other times they don't but as the weeks progress it's becoming increasingly
hard to convince myself that I'm dreaming because the RC fails.

In a few of my dreams I had every single RC fail... one after the other, then
the dream becomes unstable and either I wake up or continue along with the story aka lost lucidity.

Is there anyway to combat this or any other reality checks to do?

Try flying, floating, or any other form of dream control you can do 100% of the time.

You can try non-physical RCs. Try and ask yourself where you are right now, how you got here and how long you've been here. Normally you can't answer these kind of questions in a dream.

The very fact that you are doing an RC in your dream suggests a heightened level of awareness. My problem is I just don't RC in my dreams, at least very rarely, and even then only to confirm lucidity.
How about trying to think back and remember what you did last? In a dream you have sudden scene changes that you don't get in RL.
Also, perhaps forget about the traditional RCs For now ?

Make sure you're doing the RCs with the right attitude. It's important to sincerely question whether you're dreaming or not and consider that the RC could go either way, rather than simply assuming you're awake and predict the RC to indicate that (because in a dream, it's likely to do just what you expect it will), or to do the RCs in “zombie mode” and not pay attention at all.

That may actually be normal. Most of my RCs in dreams are when I already suspect I might be dreaming and I want to be sure or gain more confidence that it's definitely a dream. Otherwise, the RCs tend to not work anyway. Which is a bit weird because it makes RCs sound useless, even though they're very important. The purpose of RCs seems to be more about getting your mind in the right position to be aware of yourself and your state than to just happen to do them by chance in a dream and have them indicate dreaming (which even then might not result in a lucid dream if you aren't already seriously questioning your state).
