Hey ezzo!
Very cool, and interesting technique you've devised here. I for one would like to point out how impressive your drive and dedication are. I believe with continued practice, you will achieve your goal of mastering the art of lucid dreaming
The logic behind using multiple techniques to take advantage of every chance to become lucid over the night is never a bad thing!
Now, just off the top. I believe the WBTB interval would have to be flexible, as it will differ for everyone. It seems that you have found the interval that works best for you, which is great. I don't see any problems with your technique other than the fact that it comes off as a little complex. I've found over the years (this is just my personal experience and opinion) that the best induction techniques are simple and straight forward. What I mean by that is that they are brief, and don't give too many specific "guidelines" or "checkpoints" to aim for.
I am in no way saying that your technique will NOT work, but it will require the user to have a fairly strong understanding of each induction technique. Rather than having this be a technique for newer dreamers, I could see it being more effective in the hands of an adept dreamer. All in all, I truly loved reading your post as it is rare to find someone so enthusiastic about lucid dreaming

You've done a great job at compiling a lot of information from multiple threads into one. I was very much the same as you when I began, and all of my hard work paid off. Keep it up!
