      Hi Henry, welcome to DV!
      Your experience is not unusual I think. I've had similar but stretched over a longer time-frame. All I can advie is that you take a bit of a step back and read up about all the techniques, and then see yourself starting a journey - a bit like learning a musical instrument. You will find it quite frustratng if you don't make progress, which can often happen if you try too hard.
      Try to celebrate each step and each small success.

      Here's some bullet points of things that are worth working on;

      De-stress!
      Dream journal
      Enough sleep
      Daily routine
      Nightly routine
      RCs / mindfullness

      Good luck!

      Hey buddy, I've been Lucid dreaming since I was 16, infact, ive been on dreamviews since I was 16, I know all of the techniques, My main RT's are my nose check, palm check, clock, and hands, in that order, my Dream signs vary but my most vivid dream sign has allways been false awekenings, I've successfully WILD'ed twice, and DILD about 12 times, I started dreaming less and less the more I lucid dreamed.

      its only been the past few weeks I've started trying again
