Does this sound like a good plan?

I have roughly had about 60 lucid dreams since i started which is nowhere near brilliant but what iv noticed is atleast 60% of these lucid dreams has stemmed from dreaming of bieng at work (all my lucids are D.I.L.D's btw).
I have worked at a care home for 7 years now and i work nights so i have plenty of time to practise RCs and awareness ect which has made me think....if i try and be more aware of my surroundings whilst at work surley the more i know about the look and ferl of the place the more ill notice odd things in my dreams when i dream of work?
Iv been incubating or lets say visualising myself at work before i sleep and imagining myself becoming lucid due to a detail i obv add myself which doesnt make sence like oddly coloured walls and rooms where there arnt any.
Anyways iv only been visualising being at work before sleep for 2 days and so far iv had 2 dreams about bieng at work * non lucid * but im happy im dreaming more avout work maybe this could lead to something?

That sounds like an excellent plan! Recognizing a dream sign and then using it to practice RCs and MILDs is a great way to get lucid. A lot of mine were about school when I started, so I used to to a RC every time I arrived/left it, and during notable things like going from class to class. Perhaps there's something at work that occurs fairly frequently you could use as a way to remember to RC?

Wow thanx for a positive reply makes me wanna keep at it =D well in most of my dreams *to do with work* i see people that i dont usually see or people that i know but that dont work at my place and yet still dont become lucid so my plan is to RC everytime i see someone...which is hard and i need to think of a way of RC'ing without people knowing im doing it orelse people will think im weird lol....maybe a gravity RC?
Also they have changed all the carpets to wooden flooring so i hope i notice the carpet if i see it in my next dream then ill know im dreaming.....sucks because i hate thinkong about work on my day off lol but if it means ill become lucid then thinking of work before sleep is what im going to do =)
